ParentProof.org received one-time seed-stage non-cash support during formation. The support source has no ongoing governance role, no board seat, and no operational control. Its contribution covers legal formation, initial hosting, and early organizational effort.

What this contribution covered

  • Legal formation work (incorporation, drafting bylaws v1, fiscal-sponsorship arrangement during the founding year).
  • Hosting and infrastructure for the first 12 months.
  • Early organizational effort to set up reviewer onboarding, the first community council nomination cycle, and the founding annual report process.

What the support source does not do

  • No board seat.
  • No appointment power over the ED or council.
  • No access to community data.
