The Executive Director reports to the Board. The Board reviews ED performance annually and may dismiss the ED with a two-thirds vote.
Authority
- Day-to-day operations.
- Hiring of staff and rotating moderators.
- Enforcement of the independence rule, with public reporting of any violations within 30 days.
- FrameBright partnership annual review (with Board oversight).
- Quarterly reporting to the Board.
